Wild Weather
Event Summary:
Learn about our planet's wild weather. Make a weather station, discuss the water cycle, identify different types of clouds and conduct many weather experiments. We will also keep a weather journal to learn about our local weather.
Location:
Unless specified otherwise, the event will be held at the Wild Manta facility
at 4220 US Hwy 1, Palm Bay, Fl 32905

6 yrs to 13 yrs

Profile:
Teacher for Argonauta Academy. Casie has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Florida Institute of Technology and currently works with the marine mammal stranding programs at Hubbs-Sea World Research Institute and Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation. She also is a Florida Coastal Master Naturalist. She has lots of experience teaching kids both as a competitive gymnastics coach at private gyms and camps for over 25 years and homeschooling her daughter for 10 years. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has passed a Level 2 Background Check and fingerprinting through the Brevard County School System.
