Learn why humans have boogers and blisters, study the science of bruises and scabs, experiment with how germs spread and the importance of hand washing. Discover what causes hiccups, burps, and flatulence. Learn weird and wacky body science facts.

Location: Unless specified otherwise, the event will be held at the Wild Manta facility

Age Range: 10 yrs to 14 yrs

Min-Max Attendees: 5 (minimum) to 16 (maximum) attendees

Profile: Teacher for Argonauta Academy. Casie has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Florida Institute of Technology and currently works with the marine mammal stranding programs at Hubbs-Sea World Research Institute and Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation. She also is a Florida Coastal Master Naturalist. She has lots of experience teaching kids both as a competitive gymnastics coach at private gyms and camps for over 25 years and homeschooling her daughter for 10 years. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has passed a Level 2 Background Check and fingerprinting through the Brevard County School System.
